He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Ronald Russeau (Lesa), Michele Mizell (Bob), Robert Russeau and Jason Russeau (Dayna); his grandchildren, Aaron, Dewey, Alex, Dan, Aimee, Prosper, Roman and Silas; and his siblings, Evelyn Werstein, Edward Russeau and Elmer Russeau.
Memorial contributions in honor of Earl may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie.
