He is survived by: his children, Douglas Phillips (Debra), Dale Phillips (Ann), Don Phillips (Colleen) and Janice Fletcher; his brother James Phillips (Vicky); his grandchildren, Kelly Lake (Jay), Holly Strohmeyer (Judd), Nicholas Phillips (Cristina), Zachary Fletcher (Julia), Erin Fletcher, Kristin Bunek (Emil) and Jacob Szypka; and his great grandchildren, Austin Lake (Maddy), Kelsey Mullen, Alexis Lake, Ada Strohmeyer, Luke Strohmeyer, Palmer Phillips, Maggie Bunek, Zeta Bunek, Emil Bunek, Mack Bunek and Blair Fletcher.
