He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edward O'Neal and Mary Alberta O'Neal (Nobel); his wife Kathleen Delores "Dee"; his children, Colleen Jane Allen Fairchild and Michael Wade O'Neal; his siblings, Jerry Martin O'Neal (Ping), Patricia June O'Neal and Beverly "Bobbie" Eck (Larry); and his great grandchildren, Sydney Beard and Ashanti Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Sue Wylie (Dave) of Monroe, Jeffrey Kirk O'Neal of Michigan and Peggy Sue Hendrien (Mitch) of Toledo; and his great great grandchild David A. Voss (Sally) of Petersburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
