He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Kit; and his grandparents, George, Almyra Maxwell, Fred and Kay Lemerand.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Nancy; his uncle Fred; his extended family Eric; his friends, Carl, Mindy Crimmins, Lindsay Luxon, Eric, Frank and Amy; his brothers, Todd (Nancy), Mark, Kevin and Ryan; and his nieces, Colleen, Kelsey, Kylie, Kendall and Reese. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests supporting St. Mary Catholic Church, SMCC High School, or Reaching Higher, a character building youth leadership program (508 E. Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48116 or reachinghigherinc.org).
