She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haynes and Melissa Haynes (Garrett); her husband Charles William Self; and her siblings, James, Lloyd, Harvey Haynes and Amy Ruth Haynes-Sickel.
She is survived by: her sons, William Kevin Self, Gregory Charles Self and Gavin Patrick Self (Amanda); her siblings, Curtis Haynes and Ruby Haynes; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Aubrey and Jordan.
