He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeClercq and Mary Simaeys; his wife Connie J. Wilson; and his siblings, Joseph A. DeClercq, Margaret Howerton and Virginia Jaworski.
He is survived by: his children, Robert A. DeClercq of Monroe, George M. DeClercq of Dundee, Jeannine B. Cogar of El Dorado and Georgina A. DeClercq of Dundee; and his pet Goldie. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Monroe Senior Center or to the V.F.W. Post 1138, Monroe.
