He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramiro Rios and Lidia Rios (Marroquin); his brothers, Jose Luis, Arturo and Rene Rios; and his siblings-in-law, Yolanda Rios, Larry Smith and Rick Garza.
He is survived by: his former wife Maria Yolanda Vasquez; his wife Yolanda Rios; his children, Julian Rios (Betsy) of Monroe, Teresa Reaume (Scott) of Monroe and Daniel Rios (Brandi) of Monroe; his siblings, Ramiro Rios, Jr., Susana Salinas (Juan), Reynaldo Rios (Elida), Rodolfo Rios (Joyce), Rosalinda Smith, Ricardo Rios (Cathy), Anna Whitney (Keith) and Odelia Rios; his grandchildren, Martin Rios (Kimberlee), Noah Rios, Adalynn Rios and Gabriel Rios; his great grandchildren, Ezra and Magnolia Rios; and his sisters-in-law, Mary and Olga Rios.
Memorial donations are suggested to Monroe Council 1266, Knights of Columbus.
