He is survived by: his wife Tonia McIntosh; his children, Marieo McIntosh, Anthony McIntosh (Faustina) and Harold Harris, Jr. (Heather); his sister Flora Mae Duncan; and his grandchildren, Elijah, DeMaggio, Dejan, Elijawon, Cierra, Amaya, Alaya, Mario, Eleria, Alyssa, Ameria, Andrea, Alicia, Julius, Nadia, Eva, Amari, Andre' and Haisley.
