He was predeceased by: his father Henry Schreiber; his wife Kathy Schreiber; his mother Barbara Jean Barthel; his stepfather Joseph Barthel; and his brother-in-law Eugene Dean.

He is survived by: his children, Paula Smith (Shawn) and Eric Schreiber; his grandchildren, Trenton Schreiber, Tyler Schreiber, Mackenzie Schreiber and Abigail Schreiber; his great grandchildren, Evan Schreiber and Devin Brown; and his siblings, Robert Schreiber (Bonnie), Bonnie Dean, Dennis Schreiber (Denise) and Carol Schreiber (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
