She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Taylor and Mattie Taylor (Garrett); her husband Earl T. Abrams; her daughter Karen Pidcock; and her siblings, Charles Taylor, Verta Ramsay and Annabella Patterfritz.
She is survived by: her children, David Abrams of Monroe, Charles Abrams of Monroe, Benjamin Abrams of Monroe, Donald Abrams (Frances) of Monroe and Helen Proffitt (Joe) of Monroe. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
