He is survived by: his wife Patricia Green; his children, Gregory Germain of Monroe and Jill Schecter (Ed) of Waterford, MI; his sisters, Francelia Green of Birmingham and Carol Dammann (Tom) of Oakland, MI; his mother-in-law Ellen Kettinger; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Kettinger of Monroe, MI and Nancy Feick of Monroe, MI; his grandsons, Andy Germain, Tony Germain and Jenell Richards; his nephew John Dammann (Leah); his niece Christine Feick (Adrienne); Alexander Feick-Losh and Levon-Feick-Losh.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Humane Society of Monroe County, Paula's House, or a charity of the donor's choice.
