He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Servey and Marcella Servey (Hivon). He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer Gale Bauer (Goss) of Monroe; his wife Patsy Lynn Servey (Carroll); his daughters, Stacy Alayne Lehr (Daniel) of Monroe and Kristin Nicole Weaver (Robert) of Frederick, Maryland; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Connie Servey of Almond, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Ryan James Lehr (Lauren) of Dayton, Rachel Alayne Lehr (Chuck) of Monroe, William Robert Collis II of Tacoma and Audrey Taryn Collis of Frederick, Maryland; his great grandchild Madison Alayne Riffle of Monroe, Michigan.; and his close friends, Joyce and Doug Skinner of Milwaukee.
In lieu of flowers or memorial gifts, Howard's family requests that friends and family pay tribute to Howard by making a donation in his name to Oaks of Righteousness Christian Ministries under the direction of Pastor Heather Boone of Monroe.
