He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis G. and Mary K. Osgood (Dryer); and his son David James Osgood. He is survived by: his wife Donna B. Strack; his children, Mark Osgood (Jeannine) of Brighton, MI and Tamara Bauer (Joseph) of Ann Arbor, MI; his grandchildren, Madison, Samantha Osgood, Frederick and Anika Bauer; his siblings, Thomas Osgood of Port Huron, MI and Kathleen Beason (Kenneth) of Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, James Strack of Ida, MI and Joyce Platt (Adam) of Olar, SC..
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial donations go to support Heartland Hospice of Monroe or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
