She was predeceased by : her husband Moe Barker; and her sister Barb Wurster. She is survived by : her children, Bill Barker and Cheri Barker-Wylie (Tim); her grandchildren, Katy Barker and Bill Scheich; and her sibling Sandy Gaw (Larry).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Jan are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
