He was predeceased by: his father Ronald King Fennell; his stepfather Russell Newton; and his grandson Oliver Thomas King Fennell. He is survived by: his mother Diane Whitten; his wife Lisa Fennell; his children, Ashley Scott (Eric), Matthew Fennell (Caitlyn) and Maya Fennell; his grandchildren, Miley, Presley, Easton, Dalton, Mason and Maddox; his sisters, Kimberly Crowl (Scott) and Michelle Goulet (Michael); his stepsiblings, Debra Doria and Jeffrey Newton (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Fennell, Isabelle Goulet, Zachary Crowl and Madison Crowl; his stepmother Teania Fennell; and his pet Jeff.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ike and Ella Fund, or Ronald McDonald House Charities in loving memory of Jeff's grandson, Oliver Thomas King Fennell.
