He is survived by: his mother Betty Demaray (Ryno); his children, Jennifer Ryalls of Arizonia, James Demaray (Veronica) of Monroe and Jake Raymond of Toledo; his brother Jesse Demaray (Stacy) of Dorr, Michigan; his nephews, Zack and Ryan Demaray; and his friend Andy Piffer of Sedar Lake, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Virus 3547 Robotics Club.
