He is survived by: his husband Michael Capyak; his brother Dana Lyle Meadows; and his nieces and nephews, Justynn Willingham (Riley), Alana Rodenbo (Archie), Aren Willingham (Chelsea), Danielle White (Thomas) and Cheyne Willingham.
