He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Chad Yonish, James Kahn Hamlet (Lindi) and Kathryn Jeanette Pelack (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Kayla Lynn Yonish, Daniel Scott Pelack and Logan James Hamlet.
