She was predeceased by: her parents, George Huber, and Helen Huber, Sr. (Gravatt); her husband Robert L. Dushane; her brother George Huber, Jr.; and her son-in-law Ed Lamon.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Lamon, Robert Dushane, Jr. (Debbie) of Monroe, Donald Dushane (Natalie) of Monroe and Thomas Dushane (Angela); her brother Donald Huber (Janice); and her grandchildren, Leslee Keilty (John), Robert Dushane, Julee Hedrick (William), Michael Dushane (Terry), Jenelle Kirkpatrick (Cameron), Nathan Dushane and Tyler Dushane. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations be made to Saint Therese at IHM Senior Living, the American Heart Association, or ProMedica Hospital.
