She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Hoffman and Genevieve Hoffman (Zapp). She is survived by: her husband Howard A. Johnson of Mary's Church; her children, Mark Johnson (Risa) of Chelsea, Lynda Johnson of Topinabee, Meg Aho (Gregg) of Waterford and Leigh Fitzpatrick (Peter) of Ortonville; her granddaughters, Marcia Loop (Nicholas) of Chelsea, Lisa Broulik (Craig) and Sandra Whittle (Kalei) of Kaneohe, Hawaii; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Archer, Livi of Nico, AJ and Cassandra.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (511 S Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48161). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
