We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2025, at the age of 54, John Edward Parent (Monroe, Michigan), born in Bay City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Parent and Betty Parent (Delorge); his stepmother Eldine Parent; and his siblings, Alan Parent, Joseph Parent, Jerry Joe Parent, Frances Traver and Anna Ouellette.
He is survived by: his children, Collin Parent, Sophia Parent and Isabella Parent; and his siblings, Mary Coughlin (Joe), Barbara Knoll, Margie Jackson, Nona Strother and Paul Parent. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Erie VFW Hall. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM.
