He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry D'Haene and Clara D'Haene (Vanisacker); his daughter Therese; his granddaughter Tedra; his siblings, George, Julius, Mary Ann, Helen and Madeline (Infant); and his former wife Lorraine Janssens.
He is survived by: his wife Anna L. Fouts; his children, Dennis D'Haene of Onsted, MI, John D'Haene of Monroe, MI, Joan'e D'Haene of Louisville, KY, Mary Szych (James) of Toledo, OH, Judith Cooper (Ron) of Toledo, OH and Paula Stanifer (David) of Monroe, MI; and his stepdaughters, Robin Knight (John) of Monroe, MI and Trisha Schaffenberg (Otto) of Monroe, MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
