He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Haddix (Host); and his siblings, Jack, Bill Haddix and Shirley Frey. He is survived by: his father Bud Haddix; his wife Catherine Haddix; his children, Keith Haddix, Jr. (Laura), Gary Haddix (Pam), Bonnie Krukowski (Steve), Karen Hauser (W. Darryl), Tom Haddix (Jaqueline), Glenn Haddix (Lorri), Paul Haddix (Nicole) and Steve Haddix (Carrie); and his siblings, Patricia Kane, Sharon Heiserman (Alan), Thomas Haddix (Barb), June Staggs and Sally Norman (Terry). He is also survived by dad to his kids and "gramps" to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Keith are suggested to St. Mary Catholic Central.
