He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Husen and Margaret Van Husen (Dempsey); and his brother Gary VanHusen. He is survived by: his wife Georgiana St. Pierre VanHusen; his siblings, Marjorie Yank, Sharon Tucker, Norman R. VanHusen and Ronald VanHusen; and his cousins, Glen, Terry VanHusen, Gail and Doug Phelps. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
