He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reverend Anderson Owsley and Alafair Owsley (McDaniel); his wife Ruth Gardner; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mitchell Cosby, Alexa, Ryan Matthews, Madison and Mckayla Owsley; his great grandchildren, Adrianna and Laila Cosby; and his siblings, Robert Owsley of Lake Alfred, Arzella Broyles of Vandalia and Helen Raines. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
