He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Jean Nolan, Patricia Ann Smith, Jerry Lynn Fultze, Sylvia Sue Steakley, Vicky Elaine Fultze, Larry Doyle Fultze and Ricky Lee Fultze.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Young (Kandi) of Monroe, Sasha Fultze of Monroe, Jeremy Fultze of LaSalle, Siena Fultze of Toledo, OH and Kane Fultze of Toledo, OH; and his siblings, Shirley Monday (Casper) of Monroe and Kenneth Fultze (Jeffery Lynn Fultze) of Monroe. He is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
