She is survived by: her husband Kyle Ford; her children, Nevaeh Ford and Case Ford; her parents, Ernest Bukovitz and Karla Bukovitz; her siblings, Thomas Bukovitz (Mary) and MaryJean Renwick; her nieces and nephews, Allyssa Siebarth (Drew), Adrianna Bailey (Adam), Gavin Bukovitz, Peyton Renwick, Parker Renwick and Mae Renwick; and her uncle Harold Patton (Katy). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kimberly's memory are suggested to the family.
