He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Atkinson; his daughter Lauren Mary Forsythe; and his niece Tia Marie Deneve. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sarah Kucharczyk; his father Bruce Atkinson; his children, Brooke Klug (Ty), Nicolas Forsythe (Samantha) and Hailey Forsythe; his granddaughter Ember Klug; his siblings, Jerry Forsythe, Tina Forsythe and Tammy Deneve; his stepsiblings, Stephanie Flournoy (David) and Tommy Atkinson; and his siblings' children, Jared Forsythe (Allie), Courtney Bardelang (Adam), Abbey Forsythe, Logan Flournoy, Noah Flournoy and Tobias Stierman.
A reception will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (2442 N Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48162).
