He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bunge and Elaine Bunge (Herman); and his siblings, Tim Bunge and Karen Bijarro. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bunge; his daughters, Rachel Stark (Jon) and Tara Tubbs (Scott); his grandchildren, Felicia Mehta (Harshal), Carissa Lautzenheiser (Kevin), Sean Stark and Preston Tubbs; and his brother Rick Bunge (Kathy).
