He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Clarence L. Simpson and Alene M. Simpson (Dise); his wife Shirley Ann Finley; and his siblings, Raymond, Robert, Ole Simpson (Beverly) of Holt, FL, Margaret Shelton, Hazel Adkins and Rachel Friar.
He is survived by: his children, Roy W. Simpson (Malinda Rucki) of Monroe, Dianna L. Drummonds (Randy) of Monroe and Rick J. Simpson (Tami) of LaSalle; and his sister Bonnie Stevens of Lucasville, OH.. He is also survived by grandchildren, five treasured great grandchildren.
