She was predeceased by: her parents, David H. Massingill and Diane M. Massingill (Kiley). She is survived by: her husband Guy C. Ervin, Jr.; her children, Curtis G. Ervin (Samantha) of Temperance and Courtney L. Chaffin (J. D.) of Lucasville, OH; her grandchildren, Alana J. and Curtis G. Ervin, Jr.; her siblings, Lori A. Massingill of Bowling Green, OH and Dan D. Massingill of Temperance; and her parents-in-law, Guy and Fern Ervin, Sr. of Monroe.
