She is survived by: her children, Andy Polishak (Michelle), Cindy Polishak, Brian Polishak and Jackie Schut (Fred); her grandchildren, Jude and Wesley; her sisters, Nancy Heinzerling and Alice Roop; and her friend Judy Bonnell-Wenzel.
