She was predeceased by: her father John Schrauder; her husband William G. Brenton of Michael's Church; her sister Joan Raymond; and her in-laws, Thomas Raymond, Edward, Phyllis Kurtz, John Leibenguth and Shirley Woodruff.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Schrauder; and her children, William C. Brenton (Debbie) of Midland, Robert J. Brenton (Nancy) of Petersburg, Barbara Baird of Monroe and Bruce E. Brenton (Bobbie) of Monroe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Monroe County Humane Society, SS IHM Motherhouse or St. Michael Church.
