He was predeceased by: his parents, James Heston Goins and Evelyn Lorraine Goins (Cain); his daughter Victoria Donnelly; his brother James Goins; and his grandson Anthony Goins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Millicent Goins and Marsha Goins; his children, Kieran Goins (Kristy) of Monroe, Cyrus Goins of Lincoln Park, Julius Kruse of Dundee, Aja Goins of Monroe and Iesha Goins of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Austin Harvey (Chelsie), Dwight Harvey, Hunter Harvey, Kieran Goins, Jr., Melaja Goins, Nevaeh Overstreet, Zion Harris, Angel Watkins, Jayden Watkins, Cyrus Goins, Jr., Caden Goins, Michael Grimes, Mickeya Goins, Mariah Ellison and Zane McWright. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
