He is survived by: his grandsons, Chayson Hurst (Tesia) and Christopher Hurst; his niece Martina Fanola Mesko (Joseph); his nephew Joseph Fanola (Misty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dustin, Secondo, Anthony and Jaclyn; Cindy England-Hurst, Terry Hastings and Misty.
