It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Katherine (Windels) Foster (Monroe, Michigan), who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Windels and Eleanor Windels (Poupard); her sons, Dennis Allen Foster and Anthony David Foster; and her sister Joyce Staelgraeve.

She is survived by : her daughter Renae Wilson; her grandsons, Benjamin Ryan Wilson and Cole Reed Wilson; and her sisters, Marlene Miller and Judy Cloum.
