He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Breeding and Dalie Breeding (Owens); and his siblings, Roy Lee, Frank, Charles Breeding, Hazel Lynch, Cleo Kelley, Roma Engle and Mary Helen McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Annett Breeding; his children, Rhonda Iocoangeli (David) of Monroe, Randall Breeding (Lynn) of Dundee, James Breeding (Sara) of Toledo and Tanya Lynch of Monroe; and his siblings, Maxine McWilliams of Evensville, TN, Ed Breeding of Las Cruces, NM and Elzra Breeding (Irene) of Dayton, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to Monroe Missionary Baptist Church.
