It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Carmack of Monroe, Michigan, born in Wallins Creek, Kentucky, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Osborne and Ethel Osborne (Peters); her spouse Pat Carmack; her children, Patricia Black and Douglas Carmack; her daughter-in-law Aleta Carmack; her siblings, John Osborne, Evelyn Burkhart, Una Brigmon, Virginia Soleau, Chester Osborne and Ernest Osborne; and her close friend Shirley Eby.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Tomaselli, William M. Carmack and Jerry Carmack (Peggy); and her grandchildren, Tracy Midkiff, Jeffery Black (Maria), Ryan Tomaselli (Jessica), Aubrie Brooks (Allen) and Dustin Carmack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Oaks of Righteousness Homeless Ministry, Monroe County Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
