She was predeceased by: her father James Rye; and the father of her children Randall Rapai. She is survived by: her mother Madeline Rye (Garber); her children, Jason Lew-Rapai (Lauren), Nathan Rapai (Kaitlyn) and Asia Rapai (Matthew Dotson); her grandchildren, Lily and Jordan Lew-Rapai; her siblings, Kathleen Slovik (David), Linda Grego (Randy), Laura Rye and James Rye (Dianne Caruso); and her pet Bette Batman Davis. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and so many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Home North (2442 N Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48162). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (2442 N Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48162).
