She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Biniecki and Jeanette Biniecki (Miller); and her siblings, Susan Lust and David Biniecki. She is survived by: her husband Danny McCormick; her children, Jill Spearman (Joshua), Jenna Webb (Joshua) and Justin McCormick (Brittany); her grandchildren, Logan, Landon Spearman, Josephine, Nora Webb, Henry, Benjamin and George McCormick; and her siblings, Dale Biniecki (Reda) and Joette Zochowski (Mark). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
In honor of Phyllis's lifelong love for children, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
