He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Mary Ellen Neal (Baum); and his siblings, William Jr., Walter and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Steele (Nied); his sons, Ralph Jr., Ryan Steele (Danielle) and Jeff Steele; his grandsons, Edward and Ryan; his siblings, Dave Neal (Nancy), Dan Neal (Carole), Elaine Neal and Rachel Godek; his father-in-law LeRoy Nied; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Kovacic (Gary) and Paul Nied (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
