He was predeceased by: his parents, James Longsworth and Jaunita Longsworth (Loveday); his granddaughter MacKenzie Paige Simmons; and his siblings, Edward (James Edward), Ted Longsworth and Sandra Taylor.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Graham (Thomas) of Newport, Anita Ross (Jason) of Almont, Amanda Collins (Gary) of Monroe and Kimberly Longsworth (Malcolm Bibins) of Ann Arbor; and his siblings, Diane Sizemore, Steve Longsworth (Vanessa), Dan Longsworth (Fran), Ricky Longsworth and Teresa Whiteaker (Ken). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or any Veteran's organization.
