He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wickenheiser and Ellen Mary Wickenheiser (Patch); his wife Mel; his stepdaughters, Melanie and Charlee Barron; his brothers, Nicholas, Joseph and Peter; and his sister-in-law Laura.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Jada Minkler and Makiya Barron Cole; his siblings, David, Brian, Donald, Thomas (Helen), Patti Ellen Reidy (Sean), Christine Jones (Allen), Mary Beth Wiley (Charles), Kathleen Morgan (Ross), Germaine Dearen (Ty Ponsford), Eileen Albrecht (David) and Sharon Venier (Cliff); and his sister-in-law Linda (Peter Perkins). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to the donor's choice of charity.
