He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ciesinski and Anna Ciesinski; and his siblings, Bernice Najduk, Patricia Wnuk and John Ciesinski.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ciesinski; his children, Lynn Zollweg (Jeffrey) and Mark Ciesinski; his granddaughter Nichol Erdman (Hunter); and his brothers, Jerry Ciesinski and Leonard Kush. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
