He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Frederick and Elva Elizabeth Waltz (Mack). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Waltz; his daughters, Lori Harris (Roger) of Monroe, Jennifer Elswick (Jonathan) of Daleville, VA and Melissa O'Dell (James) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Zachary), Casey (Hannah), Emma, Miranda, Zachary and Adalynn; his great grandchild Hudson; and his siblings, Edward Waltz of Newport, Janice Reaume (Arnold) of Monroe and Vicky Masserant of Monroe.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society or Paula's Angels.
