She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harmon and Alice Harmon (McBee); her former husband Darrell Hurst; her son Jeffery Hurst; her grandson Kyle Hurst; her siblings, Kenneth, Clyde Harmon and Jean Burt; and her brother-in-law Adrian Burt.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughter Kelli Burman (John) of Monroe; her daughter-in-law Robin Hurst of Monroe; her son Matthew Hurst (Michelle) of Lambertville; her brother Wayne Harmon (Margaret); her siblings-in-law, Patricia of Monroe, Karen Harmon of Monroe, George Miller (Judy), John Miller (Brenda) and Marilyn Gagne (John) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Lauren Burman, Jacob Burman, Darrell Hurst, Ella Hurst, Matthew Hurst, Colin Hurst and Justin Hurst; and her great grandchild Bowie Burman.

The family encourages memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Heritage Baptist Church.
