With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Bassel Hammac of Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on August 25, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen England and Ora England; her husband Franklin Hammac; her children, Michael Hammac, Jessie Kelly and Heather Kreuger; her sister Barb Baldwin; and her sons-in-law, Randy Poppe and Chris Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Ruth Poppe of Monroe, Geraldine Lynn Karas (Ed) of Trenton, Michigan and Jason Noah Hammac (Ginger) of Harrison, Michigan; her brother Curtis England (Zeta) of Grand Haven, Michigan; and her brother-in-law Norm Baldwin of Glennie, Michigan. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
