She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban I. Hoffman and Cecilia Hoffman (Miller); her significant other Howard E. Burt; her daughter Marilyn Ann Burt; her granddaughter Sarah Burt; and her great grandchild Jensen Yermak.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Burt (Mitzi Palms-Burt) of St. Clair Shores, MI, Bruce Burt (Julie) of Plymouth, MI, Randy Burt (Lisa) of Germantown Hills, IL, Elise Kabchef (Robert) of Visalia, CA and Beth Burt of Roseville, CA; her grandchildren, Kristen Burt, Karalyn Yermak, David Burt, Joel Burt, Hannah Burt McCoy, Caitlin Burt, Brandon Burt and Cece Fuller (Daniel O'Connor); and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Declan, Jude and Madeline.
