He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Marie Santogrossi; his children, Samuel Franklin Mullins Jr., Randall Marc Mullins (Lisa), Gregory Allan Mullins, Pamela Ann Donato (Christopher) and Douglas Paul Mullins (Emilie); his grandchildren, Samuel Franklin Mullins III, Nicholas Mullins, Justin Mullins, Colleen Mullins, Aaron Mullins, Kristie Mullins, Adam Mullins, Natalie Mullins, Joslyn Mullins, Christopher Donato III, Kyle Donato, Eric Donato, Madeline Mullins, Cassidy Mullins, Andrew Mullins, Jason Mullins and Nathan Mullins; and his siblings, Connie Tekelie (Tom), Jeannie Bartus, Cathy Martin, Ernie Mullins (Linda), Bill Mullins (Caroline), Bob Mullins (Nancy), Fred Mullins (Chris) and Clyde Mullins (Jerri). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
