She was predeceased by: her son Dean; and her siblings, Andy and Sandy. She is survived by: her son Chad Prater (Kristi) of Newport; her sister Dawn Kurtz of Monroe; her grandchildren, Aaron (Shelby), Steven and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Charlotte, Emery, Cadence and Evan.
